Service Description
To request a booking, please email contact@cutlermediationgroup.com Please include the following in your email: - Opposing counsel's contact information - The name/s of the case/s you wish to mediate during that session - The total estimated number of hours you are requesting - Morning or afternoon preference You are welcome to request multiple dates for different sessions. We are happy to assist with organizing and scheduling your matters in the most efficient manner possible. Once we receive your booking request(s), we will contact you by email to confirm availability and finalize your reservation. Please check your spam or junk folder to ensure you do not miss any important communications from our office. We look forward to working with you. Cancellation Policy
1. Rates • The charges will be split equally amongst the parties, unless otherwise requested and agreed upon in writing. • Extended Sessions: Additional hours may be added prior to or during the mediation at the standard hourly rate, subject to the mediator’s availability. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Our policy ensures that blocked time remains available for active cases. • 10+ Days Notice: You may cancel or reschedule at no cost. • 9 Days or Less up to 48 Hours Prior to the Mediation: If the parties cancel or reschedule the mediation after the free cancellation period has passed, up to 48 hours before the scheduled mediation, a $900 cancellation fee will apply. • Failure to Appear: If any party within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation cancels, reschedules, or fails to appear for the scheduled mediation, the parties will be responsible for the full mediation session fee reserved for that date. 3. Payment Responsibility By proceeding with this booking, the representing law firms agree to be jointly and severally liable for all mediation fees. All fees are due within ten (10) days following the mediation session. Invoices not paid within 30 days shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). In the event the mediator must initiate collection efforts or legal action to recover unpaid fees, counsel agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
