Jacob William Cutler
Co-Founder and Principal Mediator
Jacob William Cutler is an accomplished civil litigator and skilled mediator with more than 15 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants throughout California. He is the Co-Founder & Principal Mediator of Cutler Mediation Group, LLC, which he co-founded to bring a results-driven, neutral, and highly informed approach to mediation, with a particular focus on Lemon Law and Personal Injury disputes.
Jacob earned his law degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. With more than 12 years of experience handling matters under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Lemon Law), he possesses a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of consumer warranty litigation. He previously served as a partner at a prestigious Los Angeles Lemon Law firm and has led settlement departments at multiple prominent law firms, experiences that have given him exceptional insight into case valuation, negotiation dynamics, litigation strategy, and effective resolution.
Throughout his career, Jacob has participated in hundreds of private mediations and mandatory settlement conferences and has taken dozens of cases through jury trial. This rare combination of trial readiness and dispute resolution finesse positions him as a trusted neutral for even the most complex or contentious cases.
In addition, Jacob participates as a mediator with Resolve Law and serves as a speaker for the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. In these professional settings, he presents on topics including Lemon Law case valuation, settlement strategy, and the effective use of mediation. His involvement with the legal community reflects his commitment to advancing thoughtful, informed approaches to dispute resolution and sharing practical insight with fellow attorneys.

Mozhgan 'Megan' Cutler

Mozhgan “Megan” Cutler is the Co-Founder and Business Manager of Cutler Mediation Group, LLC, where she oversees business development, operations, marketing, client relations, and strategic growth initiatives for the firm. Recognized for her leadership, business acumen, and results-driven approach, Megan plays an integral role in shaping the firm’s operational infrastructure and long-term vision.
Prior to co-founding Cutler Mediation Group, Megan successfully purchased, managed, and later sold a profitable business at a young age, demonstrating an early aptitude for entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and business execution. She later served as an IT Project Manager at Molina Healthcare, where she managed multimillion-dollar technology initiatives within complex, high-pressure environments requiring precision, efficiency, and cross-functional leadership. Her experience overseeing large-scale projects sharpened her expertise in operational management, process optimization, deadline-driven execution, and organizational strategy.
Megan is particularly focused on building a mediation practice that operates with exceptional efficiency, responsiveness, and professionalism. Understanding the fast-paced demands placed on attorneys, legal staff, and clients, she has helped develop streamlined systems and workflows designed to simplify scheduling, communication, intake coordination, and overall case management. Her ability to implement organized, scalable processes allows the firm to operate efficiently while delivering a seamless experience for counsel and their clients.
In addition to her operational leadership, Megan brings a strong background in business strategy, marketing, technology, and negotiation, providing a well-rounded and modern perspective on firm management and client service. She is also pursuing extended education in mediation and working toward certification to further expand her expertise in negotiation, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Criminology from California State University, Northridge. She is also fluent in Farsi, allowing her to effectively communicate with and serve a broader range of clients and parties throughout California.
Together, the co-founders of Cutler Mediation Group combine legal expertise, operational leadership, and business strategy to deliver balanced, efficient, and client-focused mediation services.
