Jacob William Cutler is an accomplished civil litigator and skilled mediator with over 15 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants throughout California. He founded Cutler Mediation Group, LLC to bring a results-driven, neutral, and highly informed approach to mediation — with a particular focus on Lemon Law and Personal Injury disputes.
Jacob earned his law degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. With over 12 years of experience handling cases under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Lemon Law), he has a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of consumer warranty litigation. Jacob previously led settlement departments at multiple prominent law firms, allowing him to develop exceptional insight into case valuation, negotiation dynamics, and effective resolution strategies.
Throughout his career, Jacob has participated in hundreds of private mediations and mandatory settlement conferences and has taken dozens of cases through jury trial. This rare combination of trial readiness and dispute resolution finesse positions him as a trusted neutral for even the most complex or contentious cases.
Jacob is known for his clear communication style, calm demeanor, impartiality, and ability to guide opposing parties toward practical and fair outcomes. Most mediation sessions are conducted online or telephonically for maximum flexibility. in-person sessions are available at the hiring firm's request.

Mozhgan 'Megan' Cutler is the Co-Founder and Business Manager of Cutler Mediation Group, LLC, where she oversees business development, marketing, and strategic growth. Known for her creativity, business acumen, and exceptional negotiation skills, she brings a results-driven and entrepreneurial approach to every facet of the firm’s operations.

Before co-founding Cutler Mediation Group, Mozhgan purchased, managed, and successfully sold a profitable business at a young age, demonstrating her strong instincts for opportunity and strategic execution. She later served as an IT Project Manager at Molina Healthcare, where she led multimillion-dollar technology projects in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment. These experiences sharpened her abilities in time management, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Mozhgan’s diverse background in business strategy, marketing, and technology provides her with a unique perspective on organizational growth and conflict resolution. She is also pursuing extended education in mediation where she is working towards certification to expand her expertise and continue refining her negotiation and communication skills.​ She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Criminology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN).
Together, the co-founders of Cutler Mediation Group, LLC combine legal expertise and business leadership to deliver balanced, effective, and client-focused mediation services.
