6 Hour Mediation Session ($600/hr)

Cancellation Policy

1. Rates & Session Minimums • Hourly Rate: $600 per hour (split equally amongst the parties). • Minimum Booking: All sessions require a 3-hour minimum ($1,800 total). • Extended Sessions: Additional hours may be added prior to or during the mediation at the standard hourly rate, subject to the mediator’s availability. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Our policy ensures that blocked time remains available for active cases. • 10+ Days Notice: You may cancel or reschedule at no cost. • 9 Days or Less up to 48 Hours Prior to the Mediation: If the parties cancel or reschedule the mediation after the free cancellation period has passed, up to 48 hours before the scheduled mediation, a $900 cancellation fee will apply. • Failure to Appear: If any party within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation cancels, reschedules, or fails to appear for the scheduled mediation, the parties will be responsible for the full mediation session fee reserved for that date. 3. Payment Responsibility By proceeding with this booking, the representing law firms agree to be jointly and severally liable for all mediation fees. All fees are due within ten (10) days following the mediation session. Invoices not paid within 30 days shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). In the event the mediator must initiate collection efforts or legal action to recover unpaid fees, counsel agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
